What does my registration include?
Free beer during the tourney and while participating. It does not include other drinks or food.
What are the tourney rules?
Flipnik consists of a "Pool" round to determine seeding and then a "Bracket" round, which consists of a single-elimination tournament to determine a winner. See the rules page for full details.
How should I get to The Deep End?
We encourage Uber/Lyft to and from the event. Parking is limited around The Deep End and this is a drinking event, so please plan accordingly.
Can I come and just watch?
YES! We encourage spectators to come hang out and watch the action! No cover to get in the door and we'll have drink specials at the Deep End with a portion of the proceeds from those sales supporting our great charity, Pets For Vets GA Chapter!
How is the best team costume/theme decided?
Overall, we are looking for themes that embody the spirit of Flip Cup, for example, names like "The Flipstones" and "Red, White, and Brews," "The Abeerham Lincolns" are great along with themes that are unique in their costume display. IF you don't have your team theme/name figured out when you sign up, that's ok. You can change your name one week prior to the event (8/11).
If I don't have a team, can I sign up as a free agent?
We have limited quantity Free Agent slots available for the event. Please see the details regarding this option on the Sign Up Details page
